Photography in BGC
They said photography doesn't just capture what it looks like, but more on it captures what it feels like. I took a snap of these photos on a very sunny day, but my day is kind of blue and I guess that's the reason why after I edited these pictures it looks completely different as a very sunny good kind of morning is completely different from what I am feeling.
Wednesday morning between 10 am to 11 am, our Professor asked us to capture just some photos around the STI building, and at that time I can't really figure out what to capture or the theme, but then it is morning and I am in BGC where fast living is happening where everyone is mostly busy to get where they needed to be and finish their task for the day, I wonder does these busy individuals still able to notice how beautiful the day is, how sunny and still windy, it's a beautiful morning.
The first photo I took is the intersection and a tall building, for the reason that despite a splendid morning people will not going to notice it, in the photo you will see that the intersection is busy, and the first thing that will capture your attention is the building where most people go to work, in the edited photo you will not see how beautiful the day is and the photo looks more focus on the building as it signifies where people are eager to get to and forget about their surroundings.
Here is the second photo that I captured. It shows nature inside a buzzing city, I believe that living a slow life nowadays is important. Just a walk from a park can give you peace, and the quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
Lastly is that in this photo shows what I realize that living life at the moment makes you appreciate and notice everything just like this it gives me happiness by seeing this delightful sight, most people are so focused on building their future that they forgot to live their life at the moment, Life will be more colorful if we stop trying to make full control of our life just like the tree by staying grounded, it bends before it breaks, turn over a new leaf's and it keeps growing.
